Yes — a non-refundable deposit secures every appointment. It's deducted from your final balance on the day of your visit.

How long does a wig install take?

A standard frontal install takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. Closure installs are faster, around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Do you supply the wig or do I bring my own?

Both. You're welcome to bring your own unit, or shop our luxury collection in-salon or online.

How often should I retwist my locs?

Every 4–6 weeks is ideal for most clients. We tailor a maintenance schedule during your first visit.

What's the difference between BIAB, hard gel and acrylic?

Accepted Answer

BIAB is a flexible builder gel applied over the natural nail. Hard gel is a stronger overlay that can be sculpted. Acrylic is the most durable for length and extreme shapes.

How long do lash extensions last?

Most clients refresh every 2–3 weeks with an infill. With proper aftercare your set will look full for the full cycle.
